"My heart was racing as we approached the destination of where I wanted to propose. I chose to propose at the cathedral of light which is the final and most beautiful part of the trail. I spent the duration of the night trail thinking of ways to record the proposal. A couple who caught wind of us trying to take pictures offered to take one for us. Little did they know I was planning on proposing. I pulled the couple to one side making known to them of my plan to propose. I told them to act as if they were taking a picture of us but to record instead. We began to walk deeper into the arc of light as the lighting there was a lot brighter. As Abigail began to step towards my left side for the picture, I then placed her in front of me to face me. I began to remind her of all the hints I gave throughout the duration of the trail. I then went on one knee asking her if she will marry me, she said yes making me the happiest man in the world. I am so grateful to God for blessing me with such a wonderful godly woman, I am truly honored."
